Saiful sweet talk Aisyah to get married in Batam and she agreed. However before they depart to Batam, Aina, Saiful's first wife received knowledge about her husband's affair and intention to get married at Batam. She told he husband that she will definitely filed for divorce and claimed custody over their children if her husband proceed with his plan. Saiful doesn't want to loose Aina and his children. Saiful then told Aisyah that he is married with children and asked Aisyah to wait for him until he could persuade Aina to allow him to practice polygamy. Aisyah was devastated from being manipulated by Saiful and broke the engagement. Discuss the issues in this case and relate to law and the teaching of Islam.
