I understand that I have a responsibility to arrive at placement on time, in suitable clothing, speaking English only, and adhering to the policies and procedures of the placement location. Any failure to do so might result in cancelation of placement.

I understand that I am required to complete a minimum of 120 hours of work placement. An assessor will visit in the work place, and based on their assessment, the 120 hour requirement might be increased to ensure learning goals are met.

Additionally, I must be available to meet with an assessor during the 120 hours. Even if my placement schedule is flexible, the assessor can only come on certain days and I would be required to attend the visit on those days.
