Training Bond Agreement
- The value of this training bond is R750.00.
- The bond period is therefore 12 months, calculated from the date of accepting this agreement.
In consideration for the cost incurred by the Company in carrying out the training course, the employee agrees to remain in full-time employment of the Company for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing this Agreement.
Should the employee leave the employment of the Company voluntarily, or be dismissed, before the completion of the 12-month period, the employee agrees to repay the full cost of the course (R750.00).
Any amount payable in terms of this agreement will become immediately due upon termination of employment. The employee authorises the Company to deduct any outstanding balance from any monies owed to them (including salary or leave pay).
By accepting this Agreement, the employee confirms that:
- They have read and understood all terms and conditions
- They agree to be bound by the Agreement
- They enter into this Agreement voluntarily and without duress
