UDP-1 Lab: Q01.1 Finding a UDP segment to study.
The trace file dns-wireshark-trace1-1 contains packets sent and received in retrieving the web page http://gaia.cs.umass.edu/kurose_ross. The web page fetch will require resolving the name gaia.cs.umass.edu, which in turn will invoke the DNS protocol, which will use the UDP protocol. Our focus here will be on UDP segments, not the DNS or HTTP protocol messages.
Locate the first UDP segment (hint: type in 'dns' (lower case and without the quotes) into display filter and select the first packet). What is the packet number[1] in the trace for this UDP segment?
