The

disease usually mild in children with symptoms including low fever , rash and

mild conjunctiva

Transmitted

mainly by oral-fecal route

Similar

to varicella but symptoms are milder

is commonly acquired by fecal oral rout and sometimes by inhalation.

Parasitic

present with no symptoms or mild to severe symptoms including abdominal pain,

diarrhea, or bloody diarrhea

It

can spread through the body and end up in the liver causing amoebic liver

abscesses.

Causes

no treatment and usually runs its course in 24 hours

not be used if a vaccination course was started with OPV
