By involving in repeated instances of Category A or Category B violations or more serious offenses, such as presenting someone else's work as one's own

By inadequately paraphrasing or submitting the same work without permission

By showing a lack of experience and knowledge of academic integrity principles

By being careless in citing authors and referencing sources

Presenting works, ideas, representations, or words of another person without proper credit

Submitting an assignment that another student has created

Using course resources like coursebooks or personal notes during closed-book tests

Fabricating or falsifying data or information

Discuss the matter with the instructor, department chair, and if needed, escalate to the Vice-Dean or Dean

Ignore the misconduct report

Directly contact the Ministry of Education without discussing it with the instructor or department chair

Accept the misconduct and its consequences without questioning

Hate and sexual harassment

Plagiarism, damaging the academic work of others, and fabrication of data

Intimidation and a disrespectful way of communicating with faculty members

Bullying, hazing, fraud, and theft

Lack of interest in the subject and lack of time management

 Improper citations and referencing, and plagiarism

Lack of knowledge and intentional plagiarism

Inadequate paraphrasing and submission of the same work multiple times

The Dean

A family member or friend of the student

The Provost appoints a faculty member

A random faculty member

Accept the report and not take any action

Ignore the misconduct report and continue with other assignments

 Begin an appeal process to defend themselves and abrogate the misconduct

Immediately contact the Ministry of Education
