Max, an engineer, invented a new object from a metal scrap left from his bicycle and a wooden box that he kept in his garage. The object was very useful for sliding down a hill. Furthermore the object has never been invented before. Max, his engineer friends and experts in the field knew that he had invented a new object. He therefore applied for patent in his country.
