Kim was a budding tennis star and purchased several new state of the art tennis rackets from a local tennis merchant. Each racket cost $500. As Kim used her new rackets to serve the ball, as soon as the ball contacted the racket head the racket head splintered and strings became unbound. Each racket responded the same way, rendering them useless.  If Kim sues, what warranty theory could she sue on?
