David undertakes to have all Crystal’s speeding tickets quashed in return for her husband’s rugby tickets for the season.

David sells 200 square kilometres of ocean just off  Hermanus to Crystal for R600 000 to be registered in terms of Title Deed No. T/ 456  in the Cape Town Deeds office.

David agrees with Crystal to murder her husband, who is having an affair with Miss Diamond, his boss, for R100 000.

David accepts a wager from Crystal in terms of which he undertakes to pay her R30 000 if the pig Lucky Nelson wins the Durban July Cup.
