When writing an aim, it should be in the format of the Goal (what do you want to achieve) and the Means (how you plan to achieve it).

Read over Exercise 6 in your lab manual to assist you with completing the aim of this experiment. Record the aim in your laboratory notebook, so that you will be able to address it when you write the conclusion for your lab report.
