It is the outline of your talk because it helps the audience to follow it.  

It is the body of the presentation because it is clearly organized with the main points highlighted;

 It is the conclusion because it sums up the main points; 

It is the introduction because it prepares the listener for the body, captures their attention and lets them know what they are going to hear in the presentation;
