to contact Mr Zack as he was not the one who was told by Mr Zack not to phone

again.

After phoning, one of the professionals, a Mr

Zack, indicates that they do not want to be called again. PPS needs to note

that withdrawal of consent on a database to ensure that they are not contacted

again.
