If you have not done so yet, please contact the Labour Risk Prevention Unit so that they can give you access again: [email protected], and take the Final Evaluation Quiz after getting your Certificate.

If your contract with UIC Barcelona is prior to 2018 or you are an undergraduate student, you do not need to attach the Certificate.

Please, indicate "done" if you attach the certificate or "exempt and the reason" in the following square.
