Depress the plunger of the micropipette past the 1st stop to the 2nd stop to finish releasing the liquid.

Remove the tip from the liquid and then the tube.

Touch the bottom of side of a new tube and dispense the liquid by depressing the plunger to the 1st stop. 

Slowly release the plunger to draw up the liquid.

With the plunger still depressed to the 1st stop, place your micropipette tip into the liquid you wish to pipette.

Depress the plunger of the micropipette to the 1st stop.
