Prohibits price discrimination by Sellers which occurs when a company sells the same goods to competing buyers for different prices and also prohibits anti-competitive mergers and acquisitions.

Prohibits unfair and deceptive business practices and unfair methods of competition.

Applies to business practices that restrain trade or commerce as well as to monopolization or attempted monopolization.

This act protects Buyers from price discrimination by Sellers in interstate commerce.
