Waterfall and Agile are mostly the same with the exception that there are sprints in Agile

Waterfall you inspect frequently but in Agile you don't inspect until after a sprint

In Waterfall there are specifications but Agile does not require this

Waterfall expects all requirements to be exactly defined but Agile anticipates change during development.
