Please read the following and confirm your understanding thereof in the Response

Template:

1.       Only attempt to answer the questions once

you have worked through the Learner Guide and you feel confident enough to

answer the questions

2.       All questions must be answered, no

question is to be left blank

3.       All sections of a question must be

answered and not only part of the question

4.       Refer to your Learner Guide in answering

the questions, all the answers are in your guide

5.       No templates are to be deleted. You need

to answer the question within the template provided (if any)

6.       Read each question carefully before you

attempt to answer the question

7.       Should you not understand the question it

is your responsibility to request clarification from your group leader before

completing the question

8.       A 50% (depending on the module) pass rate

is required for each question to be found competent

9.       Should you be found NYC (Not Yet

Competent) on one or more of the questions, you are required to do remediation

on that question until you are found competent

10.     It is your responsibility to go back and

check whether you have any questions which need remediation once the

pre-grading is completed

11.      All questions must be answered, to be able

to move onto the next module

12.     Only move onto the next module once you

have completed the current module
