All parties must contribute equally to the partnership and all

contributions must be in the form of goods.

At least one of the partners, or at least one legal person not party to

the agreement, must be granted economic benefit in terms of the contract.

Consensus must be reached on the nature of the contract.

The contract must be based on moral duty and friendship and can

therefore not be concluded between strangers.
