c) The FISU Executive Committee took the decision to organize an Extraordinary General Assembly on September 21, 2012, linked with the FISU Gala on September 22, 2012. The FISU General Assembly is a significant event in the FISU activities and an important stage in the preparation for the XXVII Summer Universiade in Kazan.

It is expected that approximately 300 delegates and representatives from some 150 FISU Member Associations will take part in the FISU Extraordinary General Assembly.
