2.2 You have been appointed as a junior web developer tasked with creating a simple promotional webpage for the Pretoria Zoo. Your manager has provided an image of the zoo (see below), your task is to design a basic Web page. The social media links must be functional and opens the social media platform in a new tab.  When the update button is clicked, its content will be changed as shown on the image.  Create the website using html and CSS. Implement the functionality of the button using JQUERY. The table rows must display blue background color when hovered.
