In Figure 1, the larger circle (with radius 0.3 m) is the cross section of a solenoid. The solenoid has 100 turns per meter and carries a counter-clockwise current that increases with time as 2t ampere, where t is time. The smaller circle (with radius 0.2 m) is a conducting loop. The two circles lie on the screen. 

(a) Calculate the magnetic flux though the conducting loop at time t = 2 sec.
