Jacob is a supervisor at a

small ice cream manufacturing company. 

Jacob is in a leadership position within the company and therefore he

should be able to function successfully among other people. Growing up, Jacob was

always the team leader of any group activities he participated in. As a result,

he learnt that people need to be threatened with punishment to get them to

execute their allocated tasks.  He also
