Sample the surface to be tested with a sterile inoculating loop and inoculate the RODAC plate with your sample

Wipe the surface to be tested with a sterile cotton tipped applicator then break off the tip of the applicator and incubate it inside the plate

Firmly touch the agar surface on the plate to the surface being tested

Move the agar surface on the plate over the surface to be tested in a zigzag movement 4-5 times
