The Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service" and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;

by laws, by -laws, as well as the provisions on structural units of state bodies and job descriptions approved by the heads of the civil service in these bodies;

 orders of the central executive body, which ensures the formation and implementation of state policy in the field of public service;
