How does EEG as a functional neuroimaging tool differ from other tools such as PET and fMRI?

You have learnt about 2 different methods of structural neuroimaging: CT and MRI. What are the benefits and shortcomings of each of those methods of neuroimaging? 

Think carefully about the way effort tests are designed. Do you think there might be an optimal time during the assessment when these tests should be administered?

What could be some ways to minimise the possibility of poor effort at the outset?

Can be interpreted in the context of poor effort? If so, how. 

How do you think effort might be measured? In your response think about qualitative observations that might be suggestive of poor effort as well as more formal tasks that may indicate that the person is not trying their best.

Can you think of other reasons (other than intentionally not trying your best) that could contribute towards sub-optimal effort? Think back to a day when you really wanted to attend to class but simply couldn't. That would be an analogous situation to sub-optimal effort. Could you identify factors contributing to this?
