P works for a cleaning

company, Busy Brooms, who cleans houses and offices.  P has devised a

clever plan to steal valuable items from a house she is tasked to clean. P

gathers a few valuable items in the house, puts it in a bag and hides the bag

underneath a bed in the house with the intention to come and collect the bag

the next day while the homeowner is at work. That very same evening the

homeowner discovers the bag with valuable items underneath the bed in her

house. She immediately calls Busy Brooms and P is arrested before she can go

and collect the bag the next day.

X and Y have a mentally

defective daughter, Z. F is a convicted fraudster who has been granted bail and

who is now roaming the streets. One afternoon while Z is swimming in the

swimming pool at her parental home, F pushes open the small garden gate, enters

the yard and approaches Z at the swimming pool. There F undresses himself in

front of Z and invites Z in vulgar language to engage in sexual deeds with him

(F). Due to her mental defect, Z does not understand F’s words. X then sees F

from the bedroom window, rushes outside and chases F away before F can engage

in any sexual deeds with Z.

X and Y are keen bird

watchers and are camping in the Kruger National Park. They live and store their

belongings in a tent.  One afternoon while X and Y are on a game drive, Z

walks past the tent. Z unzips the tent a little, inserts his arm through the

opening and, in this way, gains control of X’s binoculars with the intention of

appropriating it permanently. Just as Z walks off with the binoculars he

is arrested by S, a security guard, who witnessed the entire ordeal.

W, a 98-year old widow,

has inherited R850 000 000 from her late husband. W’s lazy son-in-law, L, has

offered to “look after her money for her”. W therefore hands L R20 000 000 and

instructs L to buy her (W) shares in company A in the hope that the value of

the shares in company A will increase over time. Contrary to W’s instruction to

L, L goes and buys shares in company B with the money. When asked by W whether

he (L) bought the shares in company A as instructed, L dishonestly replies

“yes”. It later turns out that the value of the shares in company A decreased

dramatically and that the value of the shares in company B increased and that L,

in fact, saved W a lot of money.

M and N were previously

married and have a daughter, P. P has always been a problem child. At the age

of 14 years she (P) left her parental home to go and live elsewhere. P’s

parents do not know of P’s whereabouts and are, in fact, relieved to be rid of

P as both M and N are struggling financially. Unbeknown to her parents, P now

lives on the streets in Durban and is addicted to drugs. Q, rich young man,

convinces P to accompany him (Q) to Cape Town for a weekend and to engage in

sexual intercourse with him (Q) for payment. P eagerly accompanies Q for the

weekend and has sexual intercourse with Q.

X loves cats and owns a

mobile cat spa. X operates out of a caravan which he pulls with his car to the

clients’ homes where he grooms their cats. Y owns a similar business and

dislikes the fact that X is competing with her (Y). One day while X is at Z’s house

to groom Z’s cats, Y sets X’s car and caravan alight. One of Z’s cats succumbs

to burn wounds sustained by the fire.

A and B are neighbors in

a quiet little town. A and B both love baking. When their local church holds a

baking competition, both A and B eagerly participate. B wins first prize for

her vanilla cake and A is placed last in the competition. This infuriates A to

take revenge on B. A dyes B’s poodle pink, smashes the vanilla cake in B’s face

and takes B by the arm, holding unto B’s arm for three hours until B gave her

vanilla cake’s recipe to A. 

D regularly goes hiking

in the Amazon forest. There D catches exotic frogs which he keeps in a

beautiful glass container in his son (E’s) bedroom. E wants to buy a new

computer game and therefore secretly takes one of the frogs from the glass

container without D’s consent and sells it to C for R12 000.00.

X wants to buy an expensive

Bugatti sports car which he cannot really afford. X therefore goes to a garage

and asks to test drive a Bugatti sports car and to then return it to the

garage. While test driving the car around the block, X sees an attractive woman

driving a similar car in the lane next to him. Wanting to impress her, X

accelerates and passes her vehicle while waving at her.  Because of this X looses control of the car,

the car leaves the road and ends up on its roof next to the road. X does not

sustain any injuries but is extremely embarrassed. He leaves the car there,

gets into a taxi and goes home.

S, a brilliant law

student, is furious with his lecturer, T. S believes that T did not award him (S)

the marks he deserved in the exam. S cannot control his anger and physically

attacks T when he sees T on campus. As a result, T falls to the ground

whereafter S notices that T is in possession of brand-new textbooks. S decides

to steal the textbooks, picks it up from the ground and runs off with it.
