The design of the Safeguard Mechanism is supposed to cover around 30% of emissions.  But this changes from year to year.  Have a look at the CER webpage: https://cer.gov.au/schemes/safeguard-mechanism which states how many millions tonnes of CO2e are covered in 2024.  According to the National Greenhouse Gas Inventory report, in 2024 the total non-land use emissions were 524 million tonnes.  So, in 2024, to the nearest whole percentage, what percent of Australia's emissions were covered by the SGM?
