I can't believe it! All semester long, Moodle has been telling me I have an A, with points way higher than 100, and now Dr. Driessnack says I have a D+. This is just wrong.  Which one of the following is the most likely explanation for what happened?

My grades got swapped with another student's on import and migration.  I should let Dr. Driessnack or the TA know of the mistake.
