Try a logarithmic scale if this fits to your process (macrobiotic process)

Add extra values to have a distribution not skewed.

Check if someone or something flood out part of the sample : maybe the data set don't have the full amount of samples (the ones below a certain limit)

Check the process if it has no reason to behave logarithmically,
