There is only one twitch. The second stimulus will not reach the muscle fibre as the nerve is refractory.

There is only one twitch. The sarcolemma will be refractory, so a second contraction can not be initiated.

There are two twitches, but no summation. The second stimulus makes a twitch the same amplitude as the first, like at the largest ISI.
