A 40-year-old woman had been suffering from abdominal discomfort for 8 months. On pelvic examination, the right adnexal mass was visualized. The abdominal CT scan revealed a 7 cm cystic mass involving the right ovary with small areas of calcification. There were no abnormalities in the size of the uterus. The right fallopian tube and ovary were removed surgically. On sectioning, the mass was filled with abundant hair and sebum. Microscopically, the mass had glandular spaces lined by columnar epithelium, squamous epithelium with hair follicles, cartilage, and dense connective tissue. What type of tumour is it?
