VBFA has an immediate opening for a recent electrical engineering graduate in our St. George, Utah office. In this position, the candidate should be familiar with multiple technical areas of the discipline, with the ability and willingness to provide technical services to one or more project teams as required. VBFA is a respected consulting engineering firm, based in Murray, Utah, and is responsible for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and fire protection designs for some of the state's most notable projects. Responsibilities

The candidate is expected to have at least one to five years of experience in the construction and building engineering industry, with knowledge and experience in power systems, lighting systems, and other electrical systems, and have experience with various building types. Applicant must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of working with teams which may include building owners and architects and coordinating with other consulting engineering disciplines such as the mechanical, plumbing, structural & civil engineers. The candidate must be comfortable using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs and have a desire to learn and grow. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

A degree in electrical engineering from an ABET accredited university is required. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.
