The representation must have been of such a nature that it could

reasonably have been expected that the third party would be misled.

The third party must have known that the agent was not authorised to

conclude juristic acts.

The principal must have

represented to the third party that the agent had the authority to act on his

or her behalf.

The third party must have

acted to his or her detriment on the basis of the representation.
