67 year old male had a short run to the bus last week. After boarding the bus, he felt rapid heartbeat, sweating and light shortness of breath. Then he became pale and fell without consciousness. Episode lasted 10-15 seconds, there were few uncoordinated leg movements in the end. There was no tongue bite or disorientation. What is the probable diagnosis?
