A 50-year-old woman presents with hemiplegia on the right side and paralysis of eye muscles on the left side. By examination, the lateral rectus and superior oblique muscles of the left eye were not affected. The case was diagnosed as Weber’s syndrome with oculomotor nerve paralysis.
