I've read your proposal on how to let customers pay for our services. While it sounds great, I'd like to suggest some improvements. We always ask our customers to pay cash for our service which saves us from paying some tax, so we wont need to support credit card payments. Also, can you please remove our ABN and the phrase "GST Inclusive" from the tax invoice the system generates? As clients are paying cash we don't need formal tax invoices, so it is best if we keep them simple.

Thanks. While we understand this is how your business currently runs, we think that in this case it would be better if the system included the relevant fields on the generated tax invoice, even if you accept cash payments.
