We cannot simply the summations just using independence and conditional independence for efficient probabilistic solutions.

The logical agent can know which move is absolutely safe or dangerous using strictly logical inference. 

Both the logical agent and the probabilistic agent are equally good in choosing the next move. 

The probabilistic agent knows which move is relatively safer, relatively more dangerous.
