Jone, an electrical engineer, designs a backup power system for a small health centre in Vanua Levu. He completes the schematics and installation drawings and forwards them to the contractor. However, he forgets to include the maintenance and operation manual. The contractor, unaware of special switch-over instructions, installs the system incorrectly. During a storm, the backup fails, forcing the health centre to evacuate patients until power is restored.
