Samba is an undergraduate student who is completing an internship unit as part of their degree. For the final assessment, they need to give a presentation about their internship experiences. The presentation session is occurring over Zoom, with Samba, several other students, and a few members of the teaching team present. 

Everything has been going well. Samba has slides that clearly outline the aims, progress, and outcomes of their placement, using meaningful icons and their industry partner's PowerPoint template. Part-way through Samba's presentation, their wifi quality drops affecting the video quality and creating a lag on the audio. One of the teaching team interrupts and asks Samba to restart their Zoom connection, which seems to fix the problem and the rest of the presentation flows successfully.
