has just completed his studies in HRM and wants to register with the South

African Board for People Practices (SABPP). He is aware that there are

different levels of registration and he needs to familiarise himself with the

honours degree as well as four years' experience of practising HRM at senior

level.

The job holder must have a Grade 12 qualification plus a three-year

degree or national diploma and two years' consistent work experience in the

field of HRM.

The job holder must have a Grade 12 qualification plus one year of

further education as well as one year's consistent experience in the field of HRM.
