If you are a member of a team making a presentation, you will  have to understand what each member of the team is to contribute, and have at least one trial run to ensure that each contribution can be completed in an agreed time, that the different contributions are in an effective order and are well co-ordinated, and that the whole presentation runs smoothly and ends on time.
