The purpose of an implementation plan is to  communicate to and ensure that your client (or product owner rep.) will know when they are needed.

The purpose of an implementation plan is to ensure that your team can answer the who, what, when, how, and why of all tasks needed for successful deployment

All implementation tasks will  be labelled as such and go in the team's Trello board in the product owner system lanes, with their user stories.
