It is important that the glass-calomel electrode is never allowed to dry out. At step 3 of part A of the experiment we place the electrode in the titration vessel (100 ml beaker). What can we add to the titration vessel to ensure the electrode is fully covered by solution, and that the addition does not effect the titration results?
