Nem finanszírozható olyan betegszállítás, ami közigazgatási határon belül az egészségügyi szolgáltató telephelyén belül, vagy telephelyei között történik, kivéve, ha a telephelyek nem ugyanazon közigazgatási határon belül (azaz különböző településen) vannak.

Az OBIR gyűjtőlistáiban a szállítások csak három hónapra visszamenőlegesen jelennek meg.
