Following on from item 2, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to bring a physical copy of the practical worksheet and notes with me to these sessions if provided by the coordinator. 

No food or beverages are allowed within the Clayton anatomy facilities (listed above) at any time. This includes closed containers of water and chewing gum.

For this course, PPE includes: a lab coat and closed-shoes that provide coverage of both the toes, heel, and the top of the foot.  These shoes must be appropriate for use in a lab environment (non slip).

No lab coat = no prac

 I acknowledge it is my responsibility to ensure that I will provide my own PPE including a lab coat for use during these sessions and understand alternatives cannot be borrowed or loaned from Clayton staff.  Disposable lab coats are available at the students’ expense from a vending machine on the Ground floor.
