Waterfall and Agile are mostly the same with the exception that there are sprints in Agile

Waterfall you inspect frequently but in Agile you don't inspect until after a sprint

In Waterfall there are specifications but Agile does not require this

Waterfall expects all requirements to be exactly defined but Agile anticipates change during development.

The Sprint items are no longer needed

When Development is unable to complete the work

Information required to start the development is not available
